The following is a summary of a Dr Ross Todd and Dr Carol Gordon SLAV presentation Powering Up Minds and Powering Up Machines: Guided Inquiry, Reading and Web 2.0 in June 2009. Teacher Librarians play an essential role in the education of students. I hope to change perceptions held by school administrators and teachers that TLs are a valuable and rich asset to schools.
