I think I have been taking for granted the idea of leadership, thinking that a leader is just another person above the rest of us! How wrong was I!

I think it is important to note here that 'effective' leader is a better terminology to use. The role they play in a school is paramount. Considerations need to be made for their leadership style and the decision making techniques they need to use to effectively run a school.
